Get involved with us.
We’re building a movement of people who support our mission. There’s more than one way you can get involved in the movement for economic justice:
We promise every cent of your donation will go to help build a grassroots LGBTQ movement for economic justice. In 2019 our goal is to create a LGBTQ Economic Justice Summit(s), prep for our first national membership drive, and support LGBTQ workers who have experienced workplace discrimination on the job.
Ever wanted to serve on a nonprofit board? Here's your chance—applications to join our 2019/2020 board are now open!
We are currently seeking new board members who will guide us into 2019, and help the organization become proficient in digital organizing, policy / law, fundraising.
Applications close March 10th.

Join us in supporting the Raise the Wage Act:
The National LGBTQ Workers Center is supporting the Raise the Wage Act, which would raise the federal minimum wage to $8.55 this year and increase it to $15 an hour by 2024.
If passed, the law would raise the wages of 40 percent of Black workers and make it illegal to pay tipped workers and disabled workers less than the minimum wage.
We’re advocating for this legislation as a part of the LGBTQ National Anti-Poverty Action Network. Check out our coalition’s fact sheet, then contact your Congressional representatives and urge them to support and pass the Raise the Wage Act! It's the least we can do for Black trans workers and other workers on the margins.
